Readbud.com scam site or legit?

Today is Friday, November 12, 2010, and my heart glad and rejoice in my income in readbud.com managed to reach $ 50 and I immediately redeem into my paypal account and it turns me on about 30 days required to wait longer for the disbursement of the money.
Apart from rumors readbud all sources of money but we still do not trust 100%, let's wait if the site is paying or not. For evidence I do recall that I gave screan shot of the following:

I have received 947 articles, articles I read as much as 905 and that I give rating of 861, money collected $ 50.2.
After I withdraw money with my paypal confirmed, it turns out readbud my balance is 0 (So what does this Site Doubts Fraudster?)
