1. CREATE GOOGLE ACCOUNT. The first step is to create a Google Account.
3. BUY A DOMAIN NAME.
In the third step we buy a domain name. You can buy one from any domain registrar. If you buy it from Blogger (Credit Card required) it will cost only 10$ and comes with free Google Apps and following free features :
If you buy domain from other domain registrars you have to configure the CNAME record for 'www.MYSITE.COM' and 'MYSITE.com' to point to ghs.google.com.
If bought from others you have to configure the A record for 'MYSITE.COM' as follows :
MYSITE.com. 3600 IN A 64.233.179.121
MYSITE.com. 3600 IN A 66.249.81.121
MYSITE.com. 3600 IN A 72.14.207.121
and configure the CNAME record for 'www.MYSITE.COM' to point to ghs.google.com
Set any TTL values to the maximum allowed.

Blogger/Google does not provide domain management services. All changes to CNAME, A and MX records have to be made through the domain registrar site. At present if you buy domain name through Blogger you can choose either Godaddy.com or enom.com.
Login at Google Apps. (https://www.google.com/a/MYSITE.com/) replace MYSITE with your domain name. Then click on Domain Settings------>Domain Names------->Advanced DNS Settings. This section is only present if you have purchased domain through Blogger. From there sign into Godaddy/Enom.com to change the records.

sites.MYSITE.COM
mail.MYSITE.COM
Then change the CNAME record for each of the above subdomains to point to ghs.google.com. Allow 4-6 hours for the change to propagate to all DNS servers. Lastly login to your Google Apps account and go to :
https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/MYSITE.com/CustomUrl
and check the custom URL boxes and save.
Conclusion : You now have a site : http://www.mysite.com at 10$ per year hosted free by Blogger.
2. Create a Blog.
The second step is to login at Blogger.com using your Google Account and click Create a Blog link on Dashboard. Follow the arrows to create your blog. This blog will have the address like this http://MYBLOG.blogspot.com. In the next step we will get rid of the 'blogspot' in the address and make it http://www.MYSITE.com3. BUY A DOMAIN NAME.
In the third step we buy a domain name. You can buy one from any domain registrar. If you buy it from Blogger (Credit Card required) it will cost only 10$ and comes with free Google Apps and following free features :

If you buy a domain from Blogger your blog is autoconfigure to point to it.If you buy domain from other domain registrars you have to configure the CNAME record for 'www.MYSITE.COM' and 'MYSITE.com' to point to ghs.google.com.
5. CONFIGURE GOOGLE APPS.
If you buy domain from Blogger this is autoconfigured for you.If bought from others you have to configure the A record for 'MYSITE.COM' as follows :
