Samsung SyncMaster Monitor Black screen

This time I will be a little share / share of damage Monitor Samsung SyncMaster dark. The symptoms themselves are at the moment there lit Monitor power indicator on the monitor, the CRT also there are indications that the high voltage circuit is working (electrostatic arise on the CRT screen).

VGA cable connection to the PC was already confirmed there were no problems, so there is likely damage to the chassis Monitor, following his step by step to make it more clear:

Check voltage at G2 PCB CRT screen

Check the resistors to the G2, replace if broken.

The location of the resistors that I replace the R315, but of course for the type and other brands will be different: D, the point is you have to measure the voltage on G2 and when the voltage is not normal then you need tracking / pan that is found in which components cause the voltage drop .
